We use these protein bars for my patients at work. The bar is very dense and difficult to chew. Agree with slightly greasy as well. Not a fan. I’ll stick with power crunch

It has 3g sugar and 5 net carbs. That's not a lot. 15g of fat is a lot, and low net carb and high fat makes it 'keto'.

These should be called fiber bars, not protein bars. For that this is a great deal. Most people don't get near enough fiber and this thing is loaded.
