The use of the card also matters. If you are looking for a card for AI/ML work, this is not a good card.

16gb card is going to cost way more and the 16gb variants of the 4060 ti and 7600 xt are just not worth it and barely show any improvement over their 8gb variants. 12gb is questionable for longevity....
