Both can only process up to 11 channels, you need to power 10 & 11 through external amps with the RZ50 though.
Auro is very hit and miss, content has a lot to do with it.

Rz70 gives you auro3d though. Not worth it for a grand upgrade. But if you have a big room and need the extra channels. With auro as well
