Probably fine honestly. Those only require transient bursts of wattage. Things with continuous draw are what you need to worry about.

The 120v plug can only support approx 1.5A draw until it pops your cigarette lighter fuse (12v 15A) in most cars. Better off getting one that comes with cables that can hook directly to your battery.

Some models of the inverters have a voltage drop cut off so if it goes below 115 volts AC then it can mess up any equipment. As an Electrician I always use these and they are ok, if you leave it on...
