You really should have a 4amp battery for these tools. You can get by with 2.5amp on the trimmer but a 4amp battery would make this a solid deal.

Agreed, i do the same. 2.5 on trimmer, 5 on blower. 2.5 is plenty to do the front and back yards

I use generally use 12ah battery and never had anything close to this happen. I don’t notice a difference at all between my 12ah and 5ah.

Yep, simply turn it sideways and keep going. I installed my handle slightly rotated so I can get a comfortable grip when I'm trimming and also when I'm edging.
