I order spiders online and release them in my house. This way it gives the cats something to hunt and also provides them the nutrients that their bodies need.

Make sure she isn't overfeeding them and she's giving them dry food too, meow mix or Costco is cheap dry food if she's gots one close by, my mom was overfeeding the outside cats they wouldn't finish...

The strays don't need as much food. They eat a more balanced diet which includes rodents, birds, and some reptiles. I have seen them eat grasshoppers too.

Yes, nightly. The wife already has two cats and if I don't pay to feed the strays they will end up in the house. It's closer to $80 a month for me. 2 Cans nightly mixed with dry cat food.

do you guys feed them daily? My elderly mom spends about $150 a month on cat food to feed strays (about 4) in her neighborhood and i dont know how typical that is.
