I just received this, and the manufacture date is March 22, 2024, which I'm happy with considering this is a cheap large bag of coffee beans. The best buy date is hilariously 2 years in the future.

Try grinding finer and longer extraction. I bought Lavazza Super Crema and it gave me 2/5 top of extraction crema :p
