Don’t bother with the non-fuel version of this tool. It is loud and weak, even for a homeowner. Get an m12 fuel if you can afford it over this. If you can’t afford it, get a plug in whatever from HF.

Definitely M12 Fuel. I have M18 Fuel as well but I use M12 more for its lightweight yet precision.
