all my breaker screws are robertson. i even bought a new breaker at the same time i bought this set and the "ecx" was not a good fit. got a klein set from amazon for $20 and am very happy with it.

You need to worry about voltage when you are discussing insulation resistance. Insulation resistance and breakdown is what keeps the current from flowing into your goodie bits.
