MIne died after 15 months. Motorola unresponsive to my email. I read a different post that said they had luck getting a replacement from Motorola after the warranty period.

I got one when it was first released, still works fine in my other car I got an AAWireless, and I would recommend that device over the Motorola unless the person is tech-savvy also my AA port...
