I owned the HX99G for a bit. It's much larger than you think, but as such, the cooling is better than smaller units. Performed very well at 1080p games in general.

Yeah, mine was similar. It didn't even write to kernel logs, so was definitely a hardware trip, but watching lm-sensors showed nothing was overheating. Honestly I gave up on trying to track it...

I had a GTR7 that randomly rebooted. I ended up sending it back, but I wondered why. At the time they thought it was overheating. It wasn’t. And it seemed to do it when I was watching YouTube or...

Got one. Thank you for sharing the link. City has 6 or 12-month 0% APR purchases over $50, so it will be $32/month for next year. Easy free money.

You are not playing the latest game at low setting on 1080p.... I have ROG Ally with 780m that's already struggling with running 2023/2024 games at 1080p low setting.

We have 10 Beelinks we've been testing (Mini-S, S12, SER 5 Pro) and they have been flawless. We'll be buying more based on our testing of the last couple of months.
