I have 250mvps fiber. I get 200 on windscrive. I'm willing to bet you are connected on 2.4ghz wifi. Or your setup is funky. Or your ISP knows and is limiting the connection

Nope. I go to cancel my subscription and I get "You do not have an active payment subscription, you will not be automatically billed." Nowhere there either to enter a voucher.
