have one very similar to this different chinese brand but eh.. the seal to the little motor inside failed.. caused oil to get into the ice slowly.. i just trashed it and only had it a year.. bought...

I got a IKICH Portable Bullet Ice Maker on Amazon 3 years ago almost on the dot. We use it mostly during the summer when our fridge ice maker can't keep up with demand.
We only use distilled water...

These things are really junk IMO. Got one last summer and returned it.
The ice cubes that it makes are small, take too long, and you need to remove them immediately after they are produced...
