weird how they just stop working after few use, my flash light was the same thing from walmart, died after 2nd charge..... they must did something on purpose

So this one does not include batteries. If you want rechargeable ones of C batteries it’d cost you $35 and it wouldnt be as convenient as just charging the device itself.

Not necessarily replaced free, you get your money back minus the $4 for the warranty. I doubt All-State will have more of these hanging around in 2 and a half years. It would be much cheaper for them...
