You can't switch from your existing Xfinity service online, but go to a store, cancel old service, have them enter you as new customer into NOW service, walk away with new equipment, and you're done....

I read elsewhere you must completely cancel all services. Only then can you sign up for this. They don't want to make it easy to cannibalize existing customers
