Divnici resolve flies on the M4 iPad. Should be super fast on M2 Air also. I tried it on old iPad Pro A12 processor before and it was fine for the most part but M4 is so much faster now.

Its' possible they will drop another year with iPadOS 18. meaning the 6th gen may not support iPadOS 18 later this year.

The 5th Generation iPad does not have iOS 17 support. It does however still get iOS 16 security updates every now and then.

Your 13 pro must be a dud then. Funny you say this because the fingerprint sensor on my s23U (also have seen similar reports online) doesn’t work all the time.
