At best you didn't understand what working out is, at worst, you're a troll. People work out because they enjoy the actual activity of working out, or they want to build strength and muscle mass. Any...

TLDR: adjusting is annoying, you will end up modifying your workout to avoid adjustments, but you can't beat the price for a 90 lb set. Do not get if you intend to use 2.5 or 5 lb increments, that...

Looks like you've already done your research quite thoroughly. Tri extension you could probably just hold each powerblock on each hand instead of one. Goblet squat you're pretty much screwed with...

Thank you for this specific detail comparing the two. I've been debating and trying to justify buying Powerblocks for a while now even though I already own Bowflex 552. This size advantage of...

They are so much easier to curl with, the Bowflex are wayy too wide and you have to hold them away from your body when doing exercises, even when bench pressing bowflex you cannot get a full...

Those PITA adder weighs are why I went for the non expandable Sport version...5lb increments per hand is all anyone needs. 50# is ample for most folks and emergency home workouts. Just go to a...

You can get a metal plyo box for less than the cost of the stand and use it for box jumps and step-ups...far more versatile

There are 2 2.5lb adder weights on the bottom half of the dumbell. You can remove these to increment your weight by 5lb increments. Why I am mentioning this is that it plays into balance. For push...

I bought these during woot's last sale. I noticed an issue with mine. Customer service responds once every 24 hours so it became a week long process. I told them some weights were bent so when...

I was going to buy the non EXP when they went on sale previously, but I found a really nice used set of BowFlex for $150. My question is, does anyone know if the BowFlex will fit on this stand or can...

This is extremely tempting, but I have reserved the Reppin Peppins at $899.99. These are about $500 cheaper with all of the add on weights. If I add a knurled handle to it, which costs about $120,...

I sold my bowflex 552s that I owned for 13 years to get these. If you need more than 50 lbs, then you can't beat these for the price. The only downside is you can't fit two hands on a single handle,...

In for one. One interesting side note: if you strap magnets to 2.5 lb plates or 1.25 fractionals, you can have 5-50lbs in 2.5 increments. Just need some magnets from home Depot and electrical tape as...

They should be better as the bowlfex is mainly plastic. That's why I've had my eye on them for awhile.

I think I bought mine at $240 but no complaints at all even at that price. I got Stage 3 for $90 on Amazon at one point so it balanced out.
