I mean, I think it's delicious, but it's crazy overpriced. If I'm spending $12 for a 3-entree plate, I might as well go to a Chinese buffet for the same price at lunch and get way more value.

I seriously doubt they are hurting. Panda Express peak revenue was $100.0B in 2023. It's still a very profitable company.
