What is considered PD in charging vs a non usb c cable? The watts? Wouldn’t both charge at 20w if u have a 20w charger?

So these aren’t great for charging a laptop or a switch. But these are great for all those little devices that used to use micro usb… headphones, battery banks, flashlights etc

only required for charging at more than 5V/3A. USBC cables can be compliant without PD. USBA can technically work with PD 1.0 but I don't think any were ever made.
