Gas CB was 4% at all eligible pumps including Costco's. Now Costco's goes up to 5% starting today.

5% CB on gas at Costco pumps, 4% (unchanged) elsewhere on a combined first $7000. Used to be 4% across the board. Pump coding may vary. ...
