I can confirm. There a note a the bottom of the reward page that said, " As of January 19, 2025, earn 5% cash back rewards on Costco gas and 4% cash back on other eligible gas and EV charging...

However, this card was my go to when they still had the extended warranty. Without that, this has been relegated to just non-electronic purchases at Costco

If it gave 5% cash back at Costco and costo.com, then it would 100% be worth it. Otherwise, it's not unique as other custom cash credit cards gives 5% off ALL gas stations (eg, Citi).
