I think the logic here is that given the washer is already not very strong, paring with this attachment would further decrease the psi. If I'm not mistaken it has two water outlet and the spin motion...

Not really.. There is more to it than that. You can have the most powerful pressure washer in the world but it's only going to flow as well as the attachment allows.

That makes sense if the pressure is split between two heads that rotate. FWIW, these were on clearance on SD through Lowes last year for $10. That's the lowest I've seen it.

1800PSI washer DIVIDED by 2 Nozzles EQUALS 900psi per nozzle. (not accounting for crappy water flow rates). might as well just use a stiff broom/brush and a hose.
