I know I’ve used it both ways but list mode is still too large. The old design is exactly like the web version. Nice compact and slim and you don’t need to scroll every 3 or 4 pictures / threads....

Had the same issues. Had to close (not background) the app. On iOS, swipe up to multitask, then swipe up on the app to close. Reopened, logged in, no more errors.
