I have done Ace rebates rebates online many times (ACE rewards member) and never had had a problem. Always get my rebate with no hassles. Thanks for heads up op!

I did ACE rebates twice and once I got that postcard. I simply started a chat, and she said it was a computer glitch and they would mail the check soon. So, it ended up being just fine.

You are correct. The only thing is, Ace has never been a problem for me and since they went with the online submission with the rewards card, it is as easy as Staples.

Yeah - Ace's rebates have been super simple and reliable for me. I got in on the hummingbird feeder and tube feeder rebates with no problems. That tube feeder is a great deal for $4.99.

You can get some good deals at Ace if you only shop their sales. Their prices are usually much higher on everything - at least the Ace near me is.

I never had any problem with online rebates from Ace Hardware.I always do Ace hardware and Staples rebates without any worry. For other rebates I give second thought before jumping in.
