I used coupons and rewards last month ans still getting the full amount on my rewards ($48.05) and all of my easy rebates (3) are for the correct amount. I did not use the 15% back to school coupons...

It seems though that this only happens with the small rebates. The large rebates (like for Quickbooks) don't seem to be affected.
