umm... i think leshrac's stun's delay was intentionally, while ursa/dp/others are not (maybe due to latency).
people don't seems to understand CA/USA or CAL or US West.
people keep screaming...

Was this not in the original DOTA? I always assumed that the slight delay in abilities like Ursa's slow/Death Prophet's Silence and Leshrac's stun...etc... have always been there..

You'll get more familiar with it. When I went from DOTA to HoN I thought it was confusing because of all the new animations, but as you play more, the animations become much more familiar.
