I've got an older Thinkpad and this once worked for the same sticky crap.
Spray tuner cleaner on the affected area, wait 1/4 of 1/2 second and vacuum. The stuff will evaporate before it makes it...

Yeah, just get a new KB from ebay - look around & you might get it for less - I usually pay about $20 for a laptop KB. They're really easy to replace.

The keyboard is 35.00 on ebay. As mentioned there is always a trick to getting the keyboard off and a ribbon cable to remove. Hopefully there is a video online.

If you are somewhat tech savy you can find a replacement keyboard on Ebay and install it. What model is it? Basically when you loose keys on the laptop it's best to replace the entire keyboard....

Totally depends on the laptop. Most of the recent ones I have seen do not react well to having keys popped off. No clue which model you have either. Search on ebay what a replacement keyboard would...
