I believe you're confused with oyster season. I live in Louisiana and crawfish is available almost year round. I'll keep your suggestion in mind in MayR and JuneR.

Found this place near Pearland off BW8 and Beamer Rd. It's called Cajun Craven and like the other poster said. Kemah under the bridge. While there you can also pick up some shrimp at great prices.

There's no real crawfish season, but they're really scarce from late Aug-Oct. A sack of crawfish @ $1.79 is a deal. Boil and eat.Don't forget the beer and potatoes. If you don't feel like eating them...

The crawfish truck matched HEB's price last weekend since we bought 5 sacks for our annual party. Good size and only 15 dead total of the 5 sacks.

I am not complete sure how long it will last, but I read a few articles about the amount of crawfish this season. Hopefully it will be a good one. Im having a Crawfish boil in the next two weeks.
