To set an alert without having to use a keyword or phrase, you need to set the rating to at least 2 thumbs up. So change the 'ignore rating' to at least 2 thumbs and it *should* work. An alert...

Sorry. On second thought (brain not working today) that's working as intended. You can't have a blank keyword for any rating, because that would alert you about every thread posted in that forum.

Probably because it doesn't appear to be done? When trying to add an alert you can't set up the ratings, when to send, etc.
