I'm pretty sure cinavia gives an error message. These mkv movies are totally locking up the player. From what I have read it looks like this player has issues with high bit rate audio tracks.

Yes, it recognizes NTFS drives. Plays ts, m2ts, mkv files even >4gb. Attached my external 2GB drive to the front USB port. Not sure if it does ISO BD/DVD files, I'll have to check later.
