Honda has problems with transmissions from about 2000 to 2004, after that they are all fine. Also Nissan had engine problems around the same years (google nissan butterfly valve screw).

The 2008 with 100k is a better buy. in 4 years that is an average of 25k per year, that means they are all highway miles, which is easier on the car. That car is due for a $1000 timing belt...
