I just installed a Sandisk Extreme 240 on a mid-2007 Macbook Pro with Lion and TRIM is supported. You need to manually turn it on.

I ordered the 240gb from amazon yesterday and it was delivered today (2 day shipping?! :worship:) It was manufactured Aug 6 2012 :omg: and I dont think there have been any new firmware revisions...
