Citibank also has a World Elite Dividend Mastercard. I've had a standard CB MC for a long time (never used it, but had a high CL so kept it). They sent my wife and I at least 2-3 new card offers...

I think you cabn get this card if you use Goldman Sach's Private Wealth Management division. if you want to get this card you will need huge account to open an account with them.

My Premier IS a World Elite MasterCard, I have it right here :D There is no mention of it anywhere because it is an invite only card, you cannot apply nor request it.

That is NOT a World Elite MasterCard, I had that card too when the fee was $95, and it is not a WEMC; The fee is now $125 and it is still not a WEMC. ONLY the Citi Thank You Prestige is a WEMC...

You misunderstand, I was making the point you can have a World Elite without paying a high AF AND also feel great about it. Not because it says "World Elite" lol I happen to like my World Elite card...
