The Anorak does NOT look good for snow. It seems perfect for Fall and Spring weather in the north part of the US. The Cire may be adequate for the snow if you are not outside for extended lengths...

keep in mind that this is %60 down only.... its going to be heavy for not a lot of warmth... %80-%90 down should be minimal... I think at %60.. you are losing half the loft if not more.
