XP500 is not worth it as it uses RF technology and you may experience drop outs of you have Wi-fi in your home. The XP400 are better because they transmit their signal over Wi-fi (2.4 Ghz/5 Ghz).

I wish they made one for PS3. I think these are for XBOX. I bought the P11 for 34.99, but it's not surround sound, and a lot of ppl have their right speaker go out after a couple months.

The warheads do work with ps3 however the mic does not. Which is a bit of a bummer.

Have you considered the XP400s? They have a rechargeable battery and operate on a dual wifi frequency (two features not found on the XP500s).
