it's not easy to return to amazon without additional charges now. you can get around by blaming on their fault for a couple times, but it wont work all the time.

Be warned - rebates from 3M take 5 to 6 months to come through. I finally did get one from one I mailed in april (!!) but they are the slowest in the business.
