That sucks. I'd give them a call back, I double checked on the expiration date to confirm and 12/31 was the unanimous response (sample size of 2).

this is not that great. If you directly through ATT and get all three services they give you $300 Visa Card to spend how you wish which to me is better than a $199 kindle or Xbox.

Please note you don't get the actual reward until 4-6 weeks after services are installed. You will get a message saying you are qualified and must go to a website to get it. But no need to call day...
