Yeah, I just tried. Before when you would click the upgrade plan, Amazon was still showing 149.99. It is not doing that anymore, so if they check it, your out of luck.... I might give it another...

I did a search for Galaxy Note II and it didn't show up. The BB thing might work too if they are busy. If they are not busy, they might remember to verify on Amazon Wireless if it's for new...
