Ha, no problem. I'm not sure what the reason was behind the tech saying the DSP factory.hex files were bad. I'm assuming bad checksum but I'm not sure.

The Denon can EQ dual subs, and can sound slightly more crisp at times. Trinnov does 3D remapping, which XT32 can't do. In fact, nothing else really can.
