suncast products are typically very low end. i would suggest looking at their other product to see the type of quality you can expect.

Fair enough. But I still wouldn't spend $1000+ on a shed when I've never seen the finished product. The fact that it is on sale at HD or costs more elsewhere would not be a compelling reason for me...

At this size, don't buy anything you have to paint. 2"-3" cement pad depending on where u live.

Good looking shed. Why not buy a smaller Rubber-Maid shed that you can attach washer-dryer hook-ups to a guest house.
