Well, if you smoke e-cigarettes, they need to be recharged too, but the ones I've seen need 120 VAC for the charger.

All these cheap shitty chargers never put even close to 1A on any one port even when they advertise 2A (you get what you pay for here). Result: your cellphone battery will die really fast..... SO......

If you want to charge all four at the same time you could probably buy a second one, or buy a stand-alone dual USB car charger and plug that into the lighter adapter.
