Well, Amazon screwed up Christmas this year.
3/5 of the orders placed this weekend with "Guaranteed by December 24th" delivery won't make it in time. I chatted with them and received a $10 credit.

I just got a $10 promotional credit because of a late delivery, worth it just to let them know something was late with Prime. I only paid $40 for Prime anyway, so this just made it better.
