I haven't played console, but I can tell you there's no aim-assist playing w/ gamepad on PC (not too annoying), and you probably want to increase control stick sensitivity so you look-turn faster on...

i bought this on steam a while back for around $5, well worth the money. this game is fun... it's basically GTA with grappling hooks and parachutes on a pacific island city. lots of fun.
