It should all work fine. I had the extreme4 for a bit, solid mobo. As an owner of the MVE, it's an awesome mobo, but it's not for the ones with a budget. An extreme4 should do the job fine :).

As far as overclocking and SLI goes, SLI might be a possibility, but that's a small chance. I don't plan on overclocking.
