I've run into that with some cashiers. Some will even refuse to take them. I just go to another cashier. HF is in the system. The coupons are even in the little competitor sample book they have.

My experience is, go to the home depot with a Harbor Freight close to it. They will accept the coupon, otherwise no.

Is it only a coupon code or is there a physical coupon? There are times where Home Depot or Lowes accepts these but it has to be a PHYSICAL coupon.
