American Express offers something similar but with them you pay your mortgage amount with an amex CC and get whatever % associated with it. IT only works if your CC and mortgage are with amex though.

I was a MLO for Chase (among other titles) for a couple years.
The advertised rates are pretty good, but the approved rates are definitely lower on average. In my experience, Chase takes forever...
