Not working for me either. Website just gives me errors. I've tried the replace with all 1's and then go back to correct numbers. I installed a ROM first though.

It's just to change backgrounds and themes on the phone. You cannot do it over wifi, make sure wifi is off so it is using 3G... Virgin's network.

That's understandable when you buy an inexpensive android device. Have to compromise on the number of apps. But, you get a decent android device at $39, that's enough to catch the attention.
