The a2109 only comes in Tegra 3. I have one and can confirm that mine is Tegra 3.

I have one. It's somewhat laggy and screen has probably worst viewing angles (colors are somewhat washed out). Not exactly what I expected from a Tegra 3 chipset. Build quality is top notch though....

I was going to say this as well - I got my a2109 from lenovo. $155 shipped and you deal directly with lenovo. I forget about the warranty, though I think it was 1 year.

These still pop up every few days on Lenovo outlet. Better off buying there IMO... manufacturer refurbished, 1 year warranty and easy returns for same price of $150.
