Interesting. I add them, the page refreshes, they're still there, I refresh again, still there, add a second time, and they're gone. I think I did wait a while once but it still wanted it a second...

I've noticed a delay when adding someone to the ignore list. After about a minute they are on it but they do get added.

This is still happening, and it happens not only on my regular computer, it happens on my ipad 2. Couldn't be much more different machines (a windows 7 box and an ipad) with the only similarity...

Yep, just did it once, no error, but it made me wait the full ten seconds before allowing the post.
When I got the error and hit submit again, it did...

I didn't double click, and perhaps I'm just the only one to report it? On the other hand, if you're God or the almighty Oz, then I take it back. And I won't look at the guy behind the curtain...

Today is a real improvement. Every time I post it takes ~30 seconds and I end up with two copies of what I typed in the same message with 'automerge double post" as an edit, but I only posted once...

I don't know. Never tried to take someone off.
But only once in a while does the ignore list add work the first time. I think it did a few days ago but I always have to do it twice.
