That is not return fraud. I will be returning the PVR I bought and getting the new one in it's place. It's just sitting here right now unused as of yet.

I didn't bother with a PM, I just went in and used Amazon returns to send back the one I ordered last month. You should be able to as well. Make sure to choose a return option that doesn't charge you...

If you use an HDMI Splitter to remove HDCP, and your computer is using HDMI......then yes. Otherwise, no.

yes. i have done that in past (they will give u amazon credit most likely and no refund) but u will hv to do it right away while it is still on sale. once gold box deal expires they wont help.

The PS3 adapter is Component to HDMI-In on the recorder. What the user is looking for is HDMI-Out to Component to hookup to his TV. This will not do that.

I don't think so, their amazon listing is confusing cause it has both the new and old devices in the one listing. I think the HDMI just does HDMI.
